I setup an appointment online, 9:30am to 10:30am. Got an email. Got a calendar invite. Easy!

Took time off work, waited at my place...they didn't come. I called at 10:40am and they could send someone tomorrow. I didn't get the day or time wrong, they just dropped the ball.

I'm not sure what that's about, but I'd like to go with someone/somesystem where they show up when they say they will.
